HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Prospect Riding warrants that all our products are fit for their intended use and free of manufacturing defects in material or faults due to poor workmanship. If you experience that your product is delivered with or has developed a fault, please reach out to us at info@prospectriding.com or (888)743-3755 before returning any goods to avoid unnecessary postage fees. You will be required to provide photos of the issue you are experiencing and proof of purchase from an authorized Prospect Riding dealer in order to file a warranty claim.
FULL WARRANTY POLICY
Prospect Riding warrants that the products are free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship when delivered to our dealers.
- Our bikes come with a full one-year manufacturer warranty on parts, which starts from the date of when you receive your bike.
Unless otherwise stipulated by local law, this warranty is limited to one year from the date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser.
Items not covered by the warranty include those typical to wear and tear, such as brake pads and rotors, handlebars, seat cushions, and battery life.
The warranty does not apply in the event of abuse, neglect, carelessness, using the product in any way other than intended, replacement with any part or accessory other than original Prospect Riding parts and products, attempt of repair or modification unless expressly permitted in writing by Prospect Riding.
Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use are not covered by the warranty.
Proof of purchase from an authorized Prospect Riding retailer is required for all potential warranty claims.
This warranty takes precedence over any other agreements or warranties, general or special, expressed or implied, and no representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of Prospect Riding in connection with the sale or use of this product.
Prospect Riding makes no other expressed warranties or guarantees, except as otherwise specifically stated.
Prospect Riding waives all responsibility for any third party for consequences that might result from the use or handling of any Prospect Riding product by any legal or natural person.
